How does this diet sound? - mini meal diet
Ok so in a big fellow over 6 '4 "and weighs nearly 230 pounds and want to lose weight and eat healthier, etc. How does sound kind of food mini-meals? It is something that I need to change?
1. Fruit Smoothie (with a banana, an orange, strawberries and a little juice)
2. Turkey sandwich with low fat, mustard, lettuce, tomato and a slice of American cheese.
3. A salad with Italian dressing
4. Scrambled eggs
5. A small bowl of oatmeal
6. For dinner, chicken and rice or something
How is it in terms of health and lose the ability to weight?

Sounds good, but you can eat whatever you want, as long as the size of portion control and exercise.
